Individual Therapy may seem daunting however the counselling process gives you the chance to talk in private with a person who is trained to professionally listen and hear what is going on for you. Your psychologist will provide you with tools, helping you move toward change.
Remember a psychologist is someone who is non-judgemental and trained to see your situation with a clear perspective.
It can be a great relief to talk to someone outside your situation who is non-judgemental, who will not offer advice, and who won’t be hurt or upset by what you say.
