Mediation

Litigation should only ever be taken as a last resort.

It is not uncommon for parties to any negotiation to finally reach what they believe to be a “deal breaker.” These “break downs” can lead to both parties walking away from the negotiation or in severe instances taking legal action against the other party.

Litigation should only ever be taken as a last resort, no matter who you are the facts are litigation is time consuming, costly and stressful.

The role of mediation is to bring both parties together to discuss their differences with a view to trying to resolve them. Mediation is an objective process and carried out without the scrutiny of the courts and without the associated legal costs.

Our Mediators are fully qualified registered with the Australian Mediation Association. As such we are ideally positioned to mediate your matter.
